10th Annual Open House
The attendees enjoyed activities such as:
- Meeting and getting a photo with Sparky the District mascot
- Viewing demonstrations and learning safety measures to use in the event of a kitchen fire
- Demonstration of equipment used during an extrication of victims in the event of an automobile accident
- Receiving tours of the engines and ambulance
- Taking the junior firefighter challenge
- Viewing static displays of kitchen fires
- Watching a Powerpoint presentation of KCFD No. 1 Bond Measure #18-62
